KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing all digital channels such as the website, email, social media, and advertising.
• Campaign Management: Strategize and implement digital marketing campaigns, covering web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Email Campaigns: Take charge of email marketing campaigns, including the creation of templates, compelling calls-to-action, and content selection.
• Performance Evaluation: Analyze and provide reports on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to produce pertinent content for marketing initiatives.
• Budget Management: Administer and forecast the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and conducting assessments to optimize future spending.
• Social Media Leadership: Oversee and enhance the company\'s social media profiles and online presence.
• Team Guidance: Provide leadership and mentorship to the graphic design team to achieve marketing goals.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Journalism strongly preferred.
•  High School Diploma/GED required.
