- Effectively responds to inbound calls to investigate, process, and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Make calls to the customers to resolve customersโ concerns, and collect payments to support team and departmental objectives.
- Embraces teamwork and is willing to go the extra mile for his/her team\'s success.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customersโ issues and complaints are addressed in accordance with company-wide compliance protocols and procedures.
